As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion of TIGER Drylac’s brand, products, sales, and customer service in a defined geographical region. This position is for Southern California.

Main Activities

Responsible for direct sales for all existing in future customers in prescribed territory
Understand entire tiger products portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
Manage products/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy
Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
Use customer relationship management into bracket CRM system to manage assign customers

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years in sales with the proven track record in quoting industry
Skilled in working with sales processes and techniques
Overnight travel
Valid driver's license
Automotive application appearance
