As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion of TIGER Drylac’s brand, products, sales, and customer service in a defined geographical region. This position is for Southern California.
Main Activities
- Responsible for direct sales for all existing in future customers in prescribed territory
- Understand entire tiger products portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
- Manage products/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy
- Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
- Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
- Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
- Use customer relationship management into bracket CRM system to manage assign customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years in sales with the proven track record in quoting industry
- Skilled in working with sales processes and techniques
- Overnight travel
- Valid driver's license
