Job Purpose
The Corporate Marketing team supports the business marketing groups with marketing communications and connects all marketing efforts to drive growth to the product brands and incremental value to the LP Masterbrand. As the Sr Marketing Specialist for Corporate Brand, your mission is to help LP Building Solutions grow our corporate awareness and engagement as a critical member of the Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Corporate, Siding and Structural Solutions Brand Managers to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visualization across business units, manage and monitor the Corporate Marketing budget, and support overall growth for the LP Masterbrand through the execution of marketing activities.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage LPCorp.com, including leading the annual strategic plan for improvements, new content development, and agency management.
- Lead the development and execution of the LP booth at IBS including concepting, agency management, messaging focus, staffing recommendations, and full execution of the booth.
- Contribute to the overall LP Masterbrand by assisting in the development and execution of paid, owned and earned media tactics as identified in the strategy set by the Corporate Brand Manager.
- Aid in the development of All-In-LP selling messaging and materials combining corporate, siding, and OSB as one message and plan.
- Perform marketing research activities, analyze data to effectively communicate clear market insights and prepare marketing activity reports to share across the organization and with management as needed.
- Build strong relationships with cross functional teams, agencies and other strategic vendors to ensure quality communications and flawless execution, including adherence to the creative briefs, budgets, and timelines
- Achieve financial objectives by executing and monitoring an annual budget for LP Masterbrand activity, including managing vendor invoices and expenses, alongside the Corporate Brand Manager.
- Ensure consistency in branding, creative and messaging across all paid, owned and earned channels.
- Provide short and long-term market trend forecasts and reports by directing marketing research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data through in-house digital analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and marketing best practices to develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Perform all duties in accordance with environmental and safety rules and regulations.

Experience
- 3+ years of work experience in Digital Marketing and/or Corporate Marketing and/or Communications specific roles
- Ability to effectively manage and keep projects on track
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of/passion for the building industry a plus
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Digital Marketing related discipline certification from Hubspot, Content Marketing Institute, and/or another reputable institution a plus.
