Novarc Technologies is seeking a highly analytical, results-driven, and creatively fearless LeadDemand Generation Manager to fuel our pipeline and drive strategic growth.
Summary: The ideal candidate is an expert in digital advertising, campaign management, and marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of demand generation best practices. They are also not afraid to test bold and innovative marketing ideas to set NovAI apart from competitors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies, leveraging paid media, content marketing, SEO, email, and ABM campaigns.
- Own and manage digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, and paid social campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
- Implement data-driven lead nurturing tactics using marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize customer acquisition and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets that increase engagement.
- Experiment with innovative messaging and unconventional marketing tactics to captivate audiences and differentiate NovAI in the market.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance through data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, ensuring seamless lead handoff and sales enablement.
- Monitor key demand generation KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution) and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AI technology, and emerging marketing strategies to keep NovAI at the forefront of demand generation.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- 6+ years B2B experience.
- 6+ years experience in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, and paid social media campaigns.
- Proven experience in SaaS, Industrial, or Robotics industries.
- Proven expertise in digital advertising and paid media, with experience managing substantial ad budgets across multiple platforms.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Highly analytical and results-driven, with a successful track record running demand generation campaigns.
- Deep understanding of lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and ABM strategies.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Creative and innovative, willing to test new strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Self-motivated and passionate about AI and innovation, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
