Position Summary:
The Senior Project Manager oversees the project management process including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, and communication. The Sr. PM should have a proven track record of successful project delivery, an ability to improve project management practices, and substantial team leadership experience with a focus on team guidance and support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Governance:
- Build upon existing project management processes already in place utilizing Smartsheet as the primary project management tool.
- Monitor compliance with project, budgets, policies and standards.
Project Leadership:
- Support Leadership team by facilitating project activities, managing towards project goals, coordinating between teams, and bringing projects in on time and within budget.
- Provide feedback to project team members and leadership teams on project risks and progress
- Present to executive level leadership on project status and needs.
Tracking and Monitoring:
- Utilizing Smartsheet, support departments with tracking and providing project status and performance reports.
- Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
Prioritization:
- Interface with department leads to define project priorities, implementation opportunities, challenges and communicate project risks and opportunities. Identify and support opportunities for automation utilizing Smartsheet.
Basic Qualifications:
- College degree in Business Administration or related field, or commensurate Project Management experience
- At least five years of managing large IT projects required
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in SmartSheets required
- High‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes
- Knowledge of resource management tools
- Ability to influence without authority
- Flexible, adaptable and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables
- Motivated to build relationships at executive levels with technology, solutions, customers and vendor groups

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 80% of the time.
