RectorSeal, a leading manufacturer of chemical specialty sealants and other related mechanical products designed for professional trades, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the Shoemaker GRD and TRUaire GRD product lines sales in Canada.
Main responsibility will be to establish market presence of TRUaire and Shoemaker grille, register and diffuser product lines in accordance with the sales strategy. The ideal candidate will successfully network with Distributors, Contractors, Engineers, Architecture, and RectorSeal Sales team in the specified region.
Job Overview and Core Responsibilities:
- Drive the GRD (TRUaire & Shoemaker) product lines in the Canada division.
- Increase market penetration by securing new customers and expanding business within existing distributors.
- Technical support and product expert for GRD product category.
- Develop, execute, and oversee strategies together with Management and RSM’s to achieve set sales goals.
- Assist in project quotes, TCAP creation, and pricing strategy.
- Engineering Calls to specify TRUaire and Shoemaker GRD’s
- Design Build Contractor engagement – Basis of Design is primary goal.
- Present and train Distributors, Contractors, Engineers, Architects, other sales team members on GRD products and applications.
- Interface and maintain relationships with Reps, Distributors, Contractors, Engineers on building sales and brand recognition.
- Explore and develop new product opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Technical degree
- 4 years plus experience in HVAC Industry.
- Sales Experience with GRDs highly preferred.
- Based in Greater Toronto Metro Area.
- Willing to travel – up to 60%.
Compensation: RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The target salary range for this exempt opportunity is $100,000 - $125,000 CD plus annual bonus incentives.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
