What will you do?
A leading developer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Home Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling homes within their new home communities.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service.
- Sell homes within new home communities.
- Generate, follow up on, and qualify leads, guiding buyers through the entire sales process.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating buyers on communities, products, and the complete home buying process (design, mortgage, construction, closing).
- Conduct model home tours and showcase available inventory.
- Educate buyers on site plans, floor plans, features, benefits, and customization options.
- Explain the Agreement of Purchase & Sale and related documents.
- Prepare, review, and execute the Agreement of Purchase & Sale.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing on sales strategies and provide weekly traffic reports.
- Provide timely and accurate information to buyers.
- Achieve sales goals and ensure a seamless home buying experience.
Who are you?
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales.

- Business acumen and understanding of sales goals and budgets.
- Real estate/new home sales experience preferred.
