What will you do?
As a strategic and creative digital marketing leader, you will:
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives with a focus on performance marketing, demand generation, SEM, and CRO.
- Develop and lead integrated digital strategies that align with broader campaign objectives and optimize performance across channels.
- Deliver data-driven strategies that engage audiences, drive conversions, and support overall growth objectives.
- Lead both paid search (PPC) and organic SEO strategies, ensuring high visibility and ROI through platforms like Google Ads and best-in-class SEO practices using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Continuously optimize search campaigns to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across web, email, and digital platforms to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
- Partner with the marketing automation team to ensure seamless integration with broader campaigns and effective lead nurturing.
- Optimize website user experience and ensure customer journeys lead to increased conversions and satisfaction.
- Implement A/B testing, heatmaps, and advanced analytics to drive CRO improvements.
- Collaborate with the content team to create data-driven, engaging content that boosts SEO performance and supports demand generation.
- Develop strategies for blogs, web, and landing pages aligned with growth goals.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity to track performance and extract actionable insights.
- Create and present data-driven reports to stakeholders, influencing strategy with clear, impactful recommendations.
- Partner with sales, product, and communications teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Act as the key liaison for integrating digital marketing efforts across all departments.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and demand generation best practices.
- Innovate by incorporating emerging technologies and optimizing campaigns to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing excellence.
Who are you?
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective strategies across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and demand generation.
- Deep understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads), along with experience using SEO and related marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)..
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Salesforce a strong asset.
- Strong background in UX/UI design principles and conversion optimization.
- Expertise in creating and executing content strategies that align with growth objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborative team player with exceptional communication and cross-functional skills.
