What you will do:
- Operations – Ensure efficient and profitable store and distribution centre operations.
- Sales/customer service – Guarantee prompt, efficient customer service and profitable sales growth
- Personnel – Maintaining adequate staffing to meet company and customers’ needs in the most efficient and economical manner.
- Financials – Ensure profitability goals are met through sales growth, margins improvement and expense control
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business or commerce degree from college or university; five to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience/training is a must.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with at least seven years’ experience managing and supervising employees.
- Ability to read financial statements, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and DBS
- Valid driver’s license is a must.
